Adult Boxing Fitness

Get the skills 

Join us every Tuesday from 5:30pm-7:00pm for Adult Boxing Fitness Classes and exercise your way to a healthy body and mind. Boxing techniques build a strong body from which one can transition into more advanced stages, including a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a range of difficulties, from beginner to advanced. Treat yourself today — you deserve it! Space is limited so register early. 

Warrior Class Fitness

Warriors only. 

Join us every Wednesday from 9:00am-11:00am for Warrior Class Fitness. Do you want to test your endurance? Your strength? Your physical limits? This is a high impact class, designed to take you to the brink of exhaustion! Burn calories and build muscle in a small group. Bring your heart with you! 


Youth Boxing

Young Guns 

4 week program, catering to youth from ages 7-13. Learning basic boxing skills is a great way to instill discipline, confidence and drive.
